Here’s a motorcycle helmet I painted with a combination of brush and airbrush work using automotive grade enamel paint. This is the same paint used for pinstriping cars and motorcycles, so it is very durable and dries to a glossy finish and requires no additional clear coat protection. This is a great technique to apply some killer artwork to helmets, cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, signs, etc. Because this specialized paint requires minimal prep work, no primer, and no clear coat, you can get some amazing artwork at a very reasonable cost.
